Khan, originated and migrated from north central Russia, west through war, fought through west Russia, Lithuania, Came down to Hungary, and war with Eastern Europe continued for some hundred years, through Budapest and Warsaw Poland, all the way and ended in Germany. Was the origin surname of the blood of Khan, hence German Kahn.
